Jennifer Rampersad Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I believe that people need a safe space to discuss their life challenges and complicated circumstances. I provide a non-judgemental and supportive environment for clients to share their thoughts and their feelings. I believe through empathy and listening, clients can identify their intrinsic strengths and overcome their struggles. Together, we can address barriers, identify resources, promote self-discovery, and achieve well-being.
My primary area of focus are adults with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and workplace issues. It can be overwhelming and isolating to deal with life events. However, these situations do not have to be faced alone. I strive to be an ally and provide support through our collaborative therapeutic relationship. I am open-minded and accepting of all types of clients. I respect all walks of life and everyone’s unique perspectives.
